The NameJet site is for auctions and backorder assistance only. To manage domain names you have won, and for technical support, you will need to access your account at the sponsoring registrar.
To determine where a domain name you have won is registered, click on My Account and My Domains for a list of names awarded in the last 12 months. Click the domain name link you wish to work with. This will take you to the website for that registrar.
The domain is not added to the My Domains list at NameJet until the domain has successfully been added to your account at the sponsoring registrar. The first time you win a domain name at a given registrar, an account will be created for you automatically at that registrar. They will send you an email that will explain how to access the account that was created for you.
Please allow up to 5 business days (or slightly longer if it is in the process of being transferred) for domains you have won to be placed in the account at the sponsoring registrar. If your domain is still not present in your account after this time, please contact the sponsoring registrar's support department. All subsequent names won at that registrar will be placed in the same account if appropriate.
While a normal auction can take up to five days to deliver, privately sold domains can sometimes take up to 10 - 14 days. Privately sold domains are managed through Enom.
