Once an auction closes, the NameJet accounting program will attempt to process payment within an hour. The domain will disappear during this time frame and may still show as a backorder in your account. There is no email sent immediately upon the close of an auction to indicate you have won.
Once we are able to charge your account successfully, you will get an email order confirmation, with details about the domain name, order ID, date and amount paid. At that time the domain will be listed on your Auctions Report page.
If the order fails to process:
If your credit card is declined, or you do not have a sufficient balance to process the auction, the domain will go into a pending payment status, which can be viewed on your Auctions Report page. In addition, you will receive courtesy email reminders each night during the grace period, listing the domains that are pending payment. You must make payment during the grace period to avoid your account going Past Due. Domains not paid for during the Past Due status can result in your account being closed.
Sponsoring Registrar email:
You will receive an email from the sponsoring registrar typically within three business days with instructions on how to access your domain. The domain will be listed on your My Domains page after this email is sent, which includes the sponsoring registrar link as well. All subsequent support will be handled by the sponsoring registrar.
